We hosted a training workshop for missional workers focusing on Digital Evangelism and Discipleship. Most traveled from Gauteng, but some form the Free State and some as far as Malawi.
The session included training on the Jesus Film App and later the day on Knowing Jesus segment discipleship strategy. They were given the opportunity to learn on how to initiate a small group discipleship gatherings. Throughout the training we received positive feedback on our digital resources for evangelism and discipleship using their own smart devices.
The highlight of the training was when a lady from (*other religion) in Malawi shared her powerful testimony of how she found Jesus through watching the Jesus Film in her heart language. She expressed her eagerness to be equipped and return to minister to friends and family members. We excited about the impact she will make in her own community. * Sensitive information.
